I found this perception from the Seattle based United Front Against Fascism of the October 1997 International Militant Anti-Fascism Conference which AFA held in London.

The above is an utter travesty of the real situation at that conference and a complete misrepresentation of AFA, it’s conduct, composition and political positions in alomost every respect.
I say that as a Communist involved in that conference.
